Naughty or Nice with Suites Hotel & Spa

Earlier this year, our client Suites Hotel & Spa launched its online treatment booking system, allowing spa seekers the opportunity to browse and book treatments online for either themselves or as a gift at the click of a button.
With Christmas just around the corner, The Spa @ Suites Hotel was keen to raise awareness of its winter packages and online booking system with a little help from The Blogger Network.

Christmas Crackers
For this campaign, we knew that we wanted to do something a little different and together with Suites Spa, we devised a campaign focused on personalised Christmas crackers to send out to a number of our bloggers containing luxury Elemis gifts as a nod to the spa’s treatment list.
To create the crackers, we sourced personalised name stickers, cracker kits and ribbons in Suites Hotel & Spa’s signature colours and designed special vouchers for a complimentary ‘Spa-rkle’ package for two.
With the Christmas playlist on loud, we got to work assembling the crackers before sending them out special delivery.

Naughty or Nice
After receiving their special Christmas present, our bloggers asked their social followers via Instagram story polls and feed posts if they should be ‘naughty’ and keep the voucher and goodies for themselves, or ‘nice’ and gift them to a friend. Hopefully their followers were kind when casting their votes!
From IGTVs to posts and story polls, it was great seeing the crackers themselves and the Suites Hotel & Spa brand take over our Instagram feeds. As always, our bloggers did a fantastic job creating their festive content and we loved seeing how creative each and every recipient got with their crackers.

Time to Spa-rkle!
With the results of the polls in, and several of our bloggers deciding to be naughty, it was time to get them booked in for a spot of pre-Christmas pampering at the award-winning Spa @ Suites Hotel. Whilst there, our bloggers shared their relaxing experience with their followers on Instagram, which included an Illuminating Facial, a Destress Back Massage, Festive Afternoon Tea, a £5 gift voucher and complimentary use of robe, towel and flipflops.
